Service Description

Food sensitivities are not often the root of our issues, but they are helpful to be aware of, nonetheless. Some symptoms of consuming foods you are intolerant to include abdominal pain, diarrhea, gas, bloating, headache, heartburn, nausea, upset stomach, fatigue, muscle or joint aches, confusion, and irritability. An elimination diet involves removing foods that are commonly associated with intolerances for a period of time, then reintroducing them one at a time while monitoring symptoms. This elimination diet will involve 4 weeks of removal, and 3 weeks of reintroduction (may vary based on each individual). This package includes: • Guidance through a 7-week elimination diet • An introductory and a concluding Zoom call (up to 60 minutes each) • Personalized weekly meal plans • Access to messaging for support between our meetings We are so honored to be part of your journey to wellness.
